Apple has long refused to face the problem with the old iPhones, and instead encouraged consumers to buy the new Iphone 4. But now, finally, a beta version is in the pipeline that might solve the problem.

When the iPhone 3G phone is updated with the new operating system it could result in that the phone becomes extremely slow and hangs, reports frustrated users. But despite the growing criticism Apple has not done anything about the problem – the newly updated version 4.0.1 did not do much. And not only that, Apple also blocked the old versions of the operating system so that disgruntled users can not go back to version 3.1.

Users all over the world suspect that because Apple wants to “force” users to buy the new Iphone 4, which was launched recently. But now there seems to be light in the tunnel. Apple has sent out a second beta version of iOS4 to registered developers, and as technology sites that have tested the update reports, the iPhone 3G react faster now.

Apple has always been known for niche products with a distinct trendsetting ability. With the iPhone, Apple created yet another benchmark, but this time, surprisingly, in the smartphone industry. You’ll have to admit that the iPhone is an amazing contraption that works equally well for entertainment as for business communication. It’s a few years old now (not counting the iPhone 4 update) and it’s still just as cool a device to play with.

The iPhone comes preloaded with lots of features for entertainment, creativity and business, and if you are fond of taking pictures, it also has a built-in camera with decent capabilities. However, there’s one main advantage with the iPhone, which is that it supports 3rd party apps. You can install all kinds of applications from a database containing millions.
